None of it would be possible without you.  Our clients, our community, and our referral partners. You've trusted us with your stories, your struggles, and your healing.  You've let us into the sacred work of transformation.  And for that, we are deeply, profoundly grateful.

As we step into year twelve, we're as committed as ever to creating space where people can be fully seen, fully known, and fully themselves.  To providing therapy that's not just helpful, but healing. To building authentic connections - with you, with ourselves, with what matters most.

Meet Caroline!

Caroline brings warmth, expertise, and a deep commitment to helping people heal from trauma, navigate life transitions, and build healthier relationships. She specializes in EMDR and works with adults and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of difficult experiences.

What sets Caroline apart is her ability to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen.  She believes healing happens when you feel understood and she brings that philosophy to every session.
