Dear ,
Â
As spring tiptoes in—bringing blooms, longer days, and of course, Colorado’s unpredictable mix of sunshine, rain, and surprise snowstorms—we’re reminded that growth doesn’t always happen in a straight line. And yet, growth is happening.

We’re so excited to share that construction on our new office space is finally complete! After months of dust, hammering, and patience, we’re now stepping into the fun part: decorating and making it feel like home. We’re creating a space that reflects our heart—warm, welcoming, and grounded in authentic connection. Let us know what you
think!Â

On a more personal note, this season has held some unexpected challenges for my family. My youngest son was in and out of Children’s Hospital twice recently. It was scary, exhausting, and emotionally intense—one of those moments when everything else fades into the background. In the middle of it all, I found myself leaning heavily
on the very things I often talk about with clients: coping tools, grounding practices, my faith, and community. I’m grateful I had those things in place. Moments like these remind me why this work matters so much—why we show up, why we make space for healing, and why caring for our mental health is not a luxury, but a necessity.
