While summer often brings joy and relaxation, it can also present unique challenges to our mental health. The change in routine, social obligations, and even the pressure to have a "perfect" summer can be overwhelming. Here are a few tips to help you stay balanced and mindful this season:

- Stay Connected: Make time for friends and family. Social connections are crucial for emotional support and can enhance your overall well-being.

Exciting Changes Coming This Fall
We have some thrilling news to share! This fall, our counseling center will be moving to a new, larger office space. We are excited about this change and believe it will enable us to serve you even better. Our new location will offer a more comfortable and welcoming environment, equipped with enhanced facilities (hint: there will be plenty of parking 🤩) to support your
