Professional: Hi there! I’m a Marriage and Family Therapy Counselor.
I got my graduate degree at Regis University and I love to work with everyone from energetic kiddos starting at age 4 to wise adults of any age. My practice is all about helping individuals, couples, and families find their groove. For couples, I primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method, while families benefit from Structural and Experiential Therapy techniques. When it comes to kids, I dive into Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For
individuals, I mix it up with Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Gestalt Therapy, and Experiential Therapy. My therapy style is all about the human touch, focusing on giving unconditional positive regard to everyone I work with. Personally: I’m a proud Colorado native, and my husband is too! We’re the happy parents of two
energetic daughters, ages 6 and 3. As a family, we love going to church, soaking up the outdoors, enjoying weekly movie nights at home, and playing games together. On my own, I’m passionate about volleyball, tennis, and giving my home a stylish makeover with some fun decor and remodeling projects. |
